The Quaynotes play swing jazz standards and tunes you will recognise from “The Great American Song Book”. We also like to add our own “swing” take to the occasional pop and rock standard.
We regularly play for dances in the Llandudno area where we add Tango and Latin songs to our repertoire, to keep the dance floor full.
Our CD EP – Prime Numbers
Back in July on a glorious summers day we turned Ffin y Parc, (Roland’s gallery and coffee shop) into a recording Studio. We recorded 7 tracks which we released as an EP titled “Prime Numbers”.

At our gig at The Llandudno Sailing Club in December 2018 our guest was the wonderful guitarist Andy McKenzie. We were also fortunate to have our friend Glenys make a very good recording of our live set. A few of the tracks can be found here.
Tango
We really enjoy playing for great dancers and you don’t get much better than our friends Maziar and Rachel who are expert Tango dancers. They regularly dance for us and our audience at our gigs at Llandudno Sailing Club.
